Please note that you must send the product to your nearest store or workshop, where it will be fixed and promptly sent back to you. Keep in mind that repairs typically take around 4-6 weeks to complete.
- Please be aware that the warranty does not cover any cosmetic or misuse-related damage to your luggage. To ensure the warranty is valid, kindly ensure that the case is locked when submitting it for repairs.
- Incidents involving damage to airline property.
