- Our warranty covers a period of two years.
- Nappa Dori provides a two-year warranty for any production faults. If your item breaks due to manufacturing defects, we will repair it for you at no cost.
- To have any damages to your case addressed, please get in touch with us by emailing [email protected]. We will assess the damage and coordinate a repair at our workshop. Kindly note that you must send the case to your nearest store or workshop for the repair service. Once complete, the case will then be promptly returned to you. Please expect a processing time of 4-6 weeks for the repair.
- Please keep in mind that the warranty does not cover cosmetic or misuse-related damage to your luggage. To ensure your warranty is valid, please lock the case when submitting it at the repair center.
- This warranty is only applicable in India.
- Airline Damage
- If your airline has caused any damage, we're here to help. Just reach out to us at [email protected] and we can provide invoices and repair quotes to support your claim against the airline. We are dedicated to assisting you in the most helpful manner possible.
- Report the airline damage immediately as it must be done within a specified timeframe. Please note that Nappa Dori does not function as an airline baggage claim, but we can assist with necessary documentation to support your claim.
